History of the Tri-County Mustang Club It all started in Santa Barbara.... Driving Excitement in TCMC: Are you looking for long, smooth, scenic drives along the coastal beaches, or the challenging rush of in-canyon depths full of twists and turns. Tri-County Mustang Club calls this topography home, it's all there. But it almost didn't happen. The time period from first contact to restructure and rebirth as TCMC was only about 6 months. HELP the History: Validation is requested from anyone with knowledge of actual events. This is still a work in progress. Behind the embryonic struggles of starting a new club were real people with different ideas, and differerent memories. If you know anything please let us know.
