RAIN WE will be there. We will still have event shirts and we will still give to charity all proceeds above our show expenses. That is where your entry fee goes. FYI: All rafflle and apparel sales merely let us give more, not keep more.

Car Show General Information

Car Show Pre-Registration $30** Late or same Day Registration *$35

Show Vehicle entry & Late Registration is open from 8:00am to 9:45am

Public Show runs from 10am to the 2:15pm Start of Trophy Presentation

Show will end around 3pm. No early departures from the grass area.

*late registrations on a space available basis

**This is a Rain or Shine car show for charity

all stated times are only approximate and may vary + or -

Raffle Tickets and final raffle

Tickets will be sold at the club booth throughout the show.

FYI: Winning tickets do NOT need to be separated from a strip of many, only shown to claim prize

Raffle Tickets are drawn several times during the show.

Winners do not need to be present to win until the final raffle.

Winning raffle tickets/prizes are held & numbers posted until final raffle begins about 1:30pm

Final raffle (time approximate about 1:30 - 2:00 pm) Winners must be present to win.

Final Raffle

Any winning, but unclaimed prizes will be drawn for again during final raffle.

50/50 cash drawing

There is a 50/50 cash raffle that is drawn for until claimed during the final raffle.

Free Ford For A Week

The use of a new Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury vehicle for a full week (7 days) is usually one of our raffle prizes. This is donated to TCMC by the Ford Motor Company. There are a few rules. Generally the week must be used/arranged for during 1 calender year from the date of the car show. The winner must be a legal licensed driver at the time the car is used. The vehicle selection and use is handled through the Ford VIP/Press/Media vehicle pool facility near Los Angeles, CA. Transportation to & from the facility is not included. The winner must pick up from and return the selected vehicle to the facility.

The Tri-County Mustang Club is a Not For Profit organization chartered by the state of California since 1984. As such, We donate all excess proceeds not required in our annual operating budget.

It's not a percentage. In reality, the more successfull (economics/budget wise) Ponies By The Sea is, the more dollars we can give away.

With your help by entering your cars, purchasing show booth items and raffle tickets, helpful TCMC volunteers donating their time, and if we're lucky, direct private donations to help defray the car show expenses, we have done well in 4 of the last 5 years.
