1.] go to www.fourpoints.com/attendmeeting

2.] type in " Ventura " in the city block

3.] select California in the city block

4.] default for California as state entry should bring up United States in the Country block

5.] type in  code 3584 in the code block- click on continue.   This entry will bring up  a page giving the Ventura, Santa Monica  and West Los Angeles Sheraton Hotel locations.  Double check that you further select the Ventura location

6.] Now you are on your own to enter your own choices.
